A fine mahogany dining table dating to around 1830. This table will seat 12 - 14 when fully extended with the three additional leaves. The table has a pull out mechanism. The table sits on bulbous turned and reeded legs with brass caps and brown pot castors. The table is notable in that each leaf is made from a solid piece of mahogany, rather than being pieces jointed together. The table is stamped with maker's mark of John Farmer.
A rare opportunity to purchase a pair of 19th century convex mirrors. The mirror are presented in restored condition. We have painstakingly removed the gold paint that they were coated in and managed to reveal about 70% the original gold leaf. The rest we have re-gilded and aged to match. The mirror plates are slightly foxed but are in generally good condition.
