Large Rosewood display cabinet


A fine display cabinet from the early 20th century. This cabinet is made of rosewood and stands on simulated rosewood legs (Beech wood, with a rosewood effect. It has lockable glazed doors, and three glass shelves. The back of the cabinet has been lined in complementary fabric.

Georgian mahogany pier mirror


A good quality 19th century regency Georgian mahogany pier wall hanging mirror. This mirror is English and retains the original backboards and silver mirror plate. The mirror does show signs of its age.


Edwardian desk or dressing table

Is it a desk or a dressing table? This pretty piece of furniture could be used for either purpose. It is mahogany with some nice inlay detail on the drawers and dates to the early 20th century. It has nice quality brass handles on its' drawers and brass castors on its legs. The front of the desk is nicely shaped for you to sit at.

George III flame mahogany linen press

A George III flame mahogany linen-press, standing on bracket feet. The top section having two doors (fitted with lock and key) and revealing three slides. The base having three long graduated drawers. All drawers have brass ring handles, which are replacements, but in keeping with the piece. It has small proportions, suitable for the modern home.

A victorian hand coloured print on the subject of horse dealing. It is titled Horse dealing no.2.

Georgian oak chair

LOVE this sweet chair. Useful in a hallway or bedroom. It is a handmade Georgian oak chair. Dating to around 1760. Just restored in our workshop.

Oak bureau

An oak bureau dating to the late 18th century. The bureau part opens to reveal pigeonholes and stationery drawers, and there are four useful drawers underneath.


Victorian oak writing desk

A very pretty late victorian oak writing desk with barley twist legs. This desk is a good size for a modern house. It has been re-polished in our workshop, as when it was purchased it was an unattractive dark treacly brown colour. It is now a much more attractive golden oak and has been given a new blue leather. There are two drawers which have ebony knobs.

Victorian walnut triple wardrobe

A large late Victorian triple wardrobe or compactum. It has a hanging rail across the whole width of the wardrobe. Underneath the hanging space there is one large drawer in the left section, and two shallower drawers to the right. The drawers have nice brass handles that fold in flush to the drawer when the wardrobe doors are closed. The wardrobe has been re-lined in a traditional blue fabric. The exterior has a mirrored central door and two relief carved panels in the flanking doors. It has its keys.
